This is a basic Tic Tac Toe app, and its supremacy lies in having five distinct levels of difficulty. While the first level plays casually, the last level of difficulty is faultless. In other words, it cannot be beat. Player can choose her favorite sign, and she is also given the choice of going first or second. Also, it is totally free.
